Little Horse
You Dream so
Of the Faeries that I know
Little Wisps and Faery Pipes
Heaven spent is Heaven given
Little Horse
You Dream so
Of the Faeries that I know

 How can
I rather be
 when
the day is
 clustered
in your
 apple eye
You are a
 lovely apple
 lovely shawl
 aurora
 grows
 on sweetened lips
 on
 your
 aurora
 hair
Strange lapse
 my awful passing
in to you ...
Strung like a strand
 of pearls
 on the sea's anemone

 I don't want
to open my eyes
 because then
 I can't
 see
 anything ...
 and
 you
speak to me
 in a
 language
 that is not yet
 deciphered ...
 So,
 because of
your magnanimous heart,
 I will sing
 to you alone ...

Song:
Put bliss my love
 on top
 of bliss

And make this
 my love

 once upon
a certain century
 of time ...

Still; what is this
 intangible gift
that you have
 for
 me ...

will it hold me fast
 to
 the bedposts?

 And where is
the deliverance of heaven

that I should pray
 every day
 to you alone?

And do
 please
tell me
 as it was meant
 to be ...

who are
the
 false
pretenders
 to the
 throne?

I dreamed that I was left
 upon a hill
tied out and wide to these three
stakes ...
(in kind with some
 sweet vengeance ...

[God] Your sweet hand
 brushed against
 my cheek today)
or was it a sparrow
 that was in my heart
that made my joy
 beat up so hard
against the window pane?

I have a boy
 who was magical
And such a lovely child; and
 Sometimes he wore
A belt around his chest,
 So his heart
Would not fall out ...
then he was put in a room
that had a steel door
Because the world would
 not agree
 That children
 Like adults
 have broken hearts
 before they die

I have two suitors,
 one is
 black
 and one is
 white
 one
 is day
and one is night

One is remembered,
 The other is
 foreseen

The past is an empty barrel

 The future of life
 is a dream

 I know
that God is light
 and
 that
His Spirit
 and his likeness
are in
 the clouds
As they are
 in the fields
 of colored light
where
 all
 the
 flowers
 dwell

Insomnia

I have seen
 the dawn grow
from a moon-filled
 hideaway
pillaging the dark
 crescent
 of sky
like an early
 spring ...

The Intellectual Hand

they got caught
in a dead zone

and in that land
the dead
are more
mighty than the
living

and in that land
threads of life
meaning
to live were torn

and in that zone
where
the dead
hold sway

women and children
were swept away

Are you in eternal darkness?
or is it as Light as the
Wind and as bright as the sky
Bridges wait, stars fall ...
Is death a simple transference
From one particle to another ...
God waits for us all, and I am
Sure that we are as good
to Him in the morning
as well as in the evening ...
Adieu ...
 For always, as I think
 of you
 in
 silence
The apocalypse
 is over.

I pray for
 the wave
 that will take
me ashore
to a place
 of simple
 tides

I rush into the
 corners of
 the valley
entering
 the eye
of the
 needle
crossing
 the bare-breasted
 stallion
crashing through
 feathers of
 light

entering the mouth
 of (the vein)
where love's lessons
 are all sweetly
 remembered

love's lives
so starkly
comprehended ...

(between
 the eye of
the needle
and heaven ...
I needed your
 sun
in my
eye)

It seems so odd
 it's like a dream
The bended arc
 the shallow stream
We live our lives
 and suffer more
Than giving grateful
 on the shore

Your colliding
 face
Into the habit
 of my brain
 my hair
 my eyes

Blossoming down like
 cool fruits
 against the hot day
 of an afternoon
 of summer
